How to get a quote on multiple items ordered from Amazon consolidated into one package?

We designed a revolutionary app for Google Chrome that does exactly this. With this tool, Amazon shoppers can easily see the optimal international shipping solution available to them based on the lowest number of individual boxes directly from their shopping cart. Rather than just forwarding every single package abroad, this unique app consolidates your items to the ideal number of boxes (taking into consideration weight, size, and safety), and then shows you the lowest international shipping rates available for your optimised shipment

Order an extra service for your package

Introduction

Our Extra Services put you in the driver's seat! We give you the power and flexibility to manage your packages. With our Extra Services, you can:

  • Verify that no item is missing or damaged by ordering the Package Content Photos service to give you a birds-eye view of what's inside your package.
  • Let us fill out your customs declaration by ordering the Customs Declaration Paperwork service. Don't worry; you'll see the completed paperwork before it's sent.
  • Order a Customized Service and we'll do what you ask! Want to make sure your new smartphone turns on? Ask us and we'll test it for you!
  • Save yourself shipping costs by ordering our Repacking service. We'll pack your items into a smaller box or envelope to cut your shipping rates!
Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and click on the Incoming Packages tab
  • Click the drop-down menu next to your desired package and select the Extra Services option
  • Select your desired services and click on the Order button
  • We'll notify you by email once we've completed your Extra Services so you can authorize your package's shipment

Order Extra Services in Advance

Introduction

Know what you want ahead of time? Even better, because you'll save additional dough by ordering your Extra Services prior to your packages arrival at our warehouse. We'll process your request on every package we receive, and your shipments will be ready in no time! Set up your Extra Services when you register for your USendHome private US mailing address.

This also includes extra services that were ordered before you ask us to merge your selected items into one shipment. Instead of ordering the same extra services for every package you have at your private mailbox, just order the extra services you prefer before we create your consolidated package and save even more money.

Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel
  • Select your preferred services on the Order Extra Services in Advance section and click on the Save button

Returning Packages Back to Merchants

Introduction

Sometime packages have to be returned - we get that. Therefore, we've made it quick and simple to return your packages to the merchant from our warehouse. That's right, We'll do it for you. You do need to contact the merchant first to ensure it will receive your returned merchandise and to get a prepaid return label so you can avoid paying the shipping costs yourself. Once you've done that, leave the rest to us.

Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and click on the Incoming Packages tab
  • Click the drop-down menu next to the desired package and select the Return-to-Merchant option
  • Allow the wizard to take you through the Return-to-Merchant Checkout process
    • Upload the merchant's prepaid return label if you have one and proceed to the next step
    • Enter the merchandise's total value if you don't have prepaid return label and proceed to the next step
    • Select a shipping address from your address book or enter the merchant's address manually
    • Select your preferred shipping method
    • Complete payment
  • Enable the Package tracking option in your control panel so we can keep you abreast of your return packages progress

Package Consolidation Explained

Introduction

Merchants have a bad habit of shipping merchandise in multiple packages. This is expensive and inefficient. Let us merge all of your goods into one box to be delivered to you in one shipment. We always use the smallest box that fits all of your goods, and if we do need to use a second box, it'll be the smallest, too! Give us a blanket instruction to consolidate every incoming package of yours and enjoy added discounts. Read this tutorial to find out how to do that; keep reading here to set up a one-time Package Consolidation service.

Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and click on the Incoming Packages tab
  • Click the drop-down menu next to the package you wish to consolidate and select the Consolidate option
  • Repeat Step 2 for every package you wish to consolidate
  • Click on the Package Consolidation tab on the main control panel page once all the packages have been selected
  • Click on the create consolidated container button to allow us to start processing your request
  • We'll notify you by email once we've completed your Package Consolidation so you can authorize your shipment

Repacking Service Explained

Introduction

Don't be fooled! Shipping costs aren't just affected by the weight of the goods. Package dimensions are also considered when calculating shipping. On your request, our trained operations staff will repack your goods into the densest packaging. This significantly reduces your shipping costs. We also make use of padded envelopes when we can to reduce dimensional weight and to save our customers nearly 40%. The Repacking service is not available for consolidated packages.

  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and click on the Incoming Packages tab
  • Click the drop-down menu next to your desired package and select the Extra Services option
  • Select the Repacking service and click on the Order button
  • We'll notify you by email once we've completed your repacking request so you can authorize your packages shipment

Filing a Shipping Insurance Claim

Introduction

We offer affordable insurance for all of our shipping methods. Our insurance policy is very comprehensive and covers you against lost packages and/or damaged goods. If your package is lost, simply provide us with your USendHome order number, which you'll find in your control panel under the order history tab, along with the order invoice you received from the merchant. We need snapshots if your claim is for damaged goods, and make sure you keep all damaged goods and their original packing, because you might need you to send them back to us.

Please note that you must keep all damaged goods and their original packing as you may be instructed to return the goods back to us. We will get back to you once we finish processing your claim.

Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and click on the Insurance Claim button on your account information tab
  • Upload the order invoice you received from the merchant
  • Enter your USendHome order number
  • Upload photos that clearly show your package damage (for damaged goods only)
  • Describe in detail the nature of your claim
  • Click on the Submit Claim button

Customs Declaration Paperwork

Introduction

Customs. Yeah, we all dread them, but every international shipment must have complete and accurate customs declaration paperwork, it doesn't matter if the goods are new, used, or why you're buying them. You, as the "Importer" are responsible for an accurate declaration of the nature of your goods and their values. Your country's customs authorities might assess fines or take legal action if your customs declaration misleading or false. USendHome takes no responsibility for any misstatements of duty, whether by you or the merchant, so, let's get it right! Don't worry; it's not as hard as it seems!

An example is the perfect way to understand how customs declarations work. Assume you've ordered and had delivered the following items to our distribution center:

  • One (1) White Straight Leg Denim Jeans, $59.50
  • One (1) True Skinny Denim Jeans, $49.99
  • One (1) Skinny Denim Jeans, $79.50
  • Two (2) Tonal-stripe Hooded Sweaters, $69.50 each
  • Three (3) Ombre V-neck Shirts, $89.50 each
  • Two (2) GT T-shirts, $39.50 each

A complete and accurate customs declaration for the items above would be:

Getting Your Purchases to Us

Introduction

Once you register with USendHome, you'll receive your personal US address. Use this address to ensure that all your online purchases are delivered to our warehouse for our package forwarding service on to you. Make sure you enter your complete USendHome address - especially the suite number - so we can easily identify you as our customer and as the package recipient once your online US shopping spree is delivered.

Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and head to the My USendHome Private Address tab
  • Enter the listed address as your delivery address when shopping on US merchant websites
  • We'll notify you by email once your packages have arrived
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and release your packages for shipment

Package Content Photos

Introduction

Our most popular service! Keep reading to see why. On your request, we'll take photos of your goods so you can verify from afar that everything is in order and nothing is missing or damaged. As with any of our extra services, you'll receive additional discounts by instructing us to take the photos in advance of every incoming package. To view the photos we've taken, just click on the package number in your control panel. This service is not available for consolidated packages.

Walkthrough
  • Log in to your USendHome control panel and click on the Incoming Packages tab
  • Click the drop-down menu next to your desired package and select the Extra Services option
  • Select the required number of photos you wish us to take and click on the Order button
  • We'll notify you by email once we've taken the photos so you can view them and authorize your package shipment

Package Tracking - Follow Your Package to Your Door

Introduction

A tracking number is bundled with every order we deliver so you can always keep an eye on your goods. We know you're excited to receive them, and we've created an automated package tracking system that emails you new shipping information as it comes in. You'll know automatically when to expect your shopping spree!

Walkthrough
  • Select the Package Tracking option during your registration process
  • You can easily turn this service on/off any time through your control panel by clicking on the Package Tracking button on your account information tab
