This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices of the Company, and governs your use of the Site. Any term not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to it in the User Agreement.

Types of Information Collected

Collection Methods and Use of Information

We do not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. For example, you provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to us when you create a Member Account or use our Services. For Example, we collect information when you create a Member Account through Social Media Accounts (including, but not limited to, Facebook) and may use Personally Identifiable Information we retrieve from your use of the Service via those Social Media Accounts. In order to view and access the Site, you are not required to provide us with your personal information, however, in order to enjoy and use the Services offered by the Site you may be required to provided such Personal Identifiable Information and if you decide not to we may not be able to offer you our Services in whole or in part In addition, we may also collect, certain Non-Personally Identifiable Information. Such information may be stored in specific URLs. We may use your IP address to diagnose problems with our servers, Services, to administer our Site and to gather demographic information.

We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide our Services to you, as required by our agreements with you. We will also use Personally Identifiable Information to enhance the operation of our Site, improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze Site use, improve our service offerings, and customize our Site's content, layout, and services. Information relating to aggregate statistics may be collected through the use of third-party cookies (see below explanation) and other third party tracking devices.

We may, from time to time, send you emails regarding Services. Therefore we encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes.

You may ask to have the information on your Member Account deleted or removed; however, portions of your data, consisting of aggregate data derived from your Member Account, may remain on our production servers indefinitely. Your data may also remain on a backup server or media.

Release of Information as Required Under Law

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our Services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may also provide your Personally Identifiable Information to service providers, such as credit-card payment processors and shipping services, performing services on our behalf.

We may also provide Non-Personally Identifiable Information about our customers' sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

Security of Information

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Cookies

When you use our Site, we will store cookies on your computer in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Site. Miscellaneous Privacy Issues

You must be at least 13 years old or have permission for a legal guardian if you are not eligible to enter into binding contract under applicable laws in your place of residence or domicile, to have our permission to use this Site. You can also permanently delete your account. If you follow the instructions on the Site, your account will be deactivated and then deleted. For up to 3 days after deactivation it is still possible to restore your account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated. After 3 days, we begin the process of deleting your account from our systems, which can take up to 30 days.
